I have just received a refurbished phone from asurion for a replacement phone, however after activating this phone which is a samsung galaxy s6 the wifi will not turn on, which means I am unable to connect or view any avaible wifi connections. Also when I try to use my hotspot it will turn on but it isnt visible on any other device.
We always want you to have a working device. If this device came defective from an insurance replacement, your best bet would be to contact them back about it. We can also troubleshoot the device to see if this can be fixed. Since you received the device, have you done a factory reset?
