Will you give NextRadio access to the FM receiver in my phone please.

   Why is the FM receiver not on in my S4 mini? Cant use NextRadio. Why is it not on?

It is disabled, no software update can rectify this.  Verizon did not advertise this phone as being FM Radio-capable.  There is a long list of reasons as to why in the forum under the search phrase "FM Radio."
