I have spoken with 4 different reps on different days and they all have a different answer about esim support on the note 20. One rep says it is supported, one says it's not, one said the note 20 doesn't even have an esim in it.
No consistency at all
The Galaxy Note 20 does support dual SIM technology. Not the Note 10+. My apologies for the previous agents miscommunication with the wrong device.
The Note 20 does support dual SIM technology, but Verizon still does not. So miss leading answer again.
I purchased a note 20 directly from Verizon under the assumption esim was supported. After hours on the phone with agents, they then informed me that the note 20 does not have dual sim capabilities
The phone may but Verizon...most probably not.

I am sorry that there is no option for a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus using eSim technology. However, how long have you had the Galaxy Note 10+? What's stopping you from utilizing Google instead of asking multiple people something you could search yourself?
Of course I Googled it. There are no clear answers out there of verizon support of esim for the note 20.
Their own website has conflicting answers. Their own agents have conflicting answers.
