Yahoo folders missing after update 4.3

Hello,

After updating my S3 on Jan 18, 2014 to version 4.3, when I want to file/move an email into my Yahoo folders, only 3 randoms folders from my list of 12 folders are available, all the other folders are not showing up.

Is there a resolution for this?

MarciaC1, let's make those vanished folders reappear! Do you have subfolders setup under the list of 3 folders that appear? To unhide these, open the Yahoo email inbox. Click one of the 3 folders and choose Show All Folders. Click the view inbox icon. If this still doesn't open the rest of your 12 folders, uninstall the application and reinstall so that it syncs up the latest folders. Keep us posted if this works!

Hi,

I can see the all the folders when choosing "Show All Folders". But when I try to move emails to folders, I only have a few. The other folders are still not showing.

MarciaC1- Thanks for trying those steps. What catagory did you create the other folders under? For example, if you created folder "Y" under the inbox section, then try and select inbox as the folder you want to move the item to and see if the folder "Y" is an option. If this does not work, call Samsung at 888-987-4357. Let us know how that works.
