You ruined my phone

I am so disgusted with the forced update you pushed through. I HATE the keyboard now, all my folders are gone, my work email says I have a new message and none of the messages push trhough. I have been such a big proponent of this phone and have LOVED it.....until now. WHY WHY WHY did you change the user interface? WHY WHY WHY did you have to reset all of the settings? WHY WHY WHY WHY and **bleep** YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Keyboard. Why put the space bar on the right insteead of keeping it in the middle. HUH? so people can one hand text? I"M LEFT HANDED. DOES ME NO GOOD AT ALL!!!! and you chaned the numbers, shift, the symbol button, auto correct.

and now all the bookmarks on my web server ARE GONE!!!!!!!! I am soooooooooo P'oed about this I could SPIT!

CURSE YOU. Man I can't wait until T Mobile and ATT join. I am outta here som **bleep** quick.

oh, and one other very important thing. My phone says it gets an email in the notifications (my work email), but then doesn't show up on the screen. What the heck? I hit refersh and nothing.

APPLICATIONS | SETTINGS | LANGUAGE & KEYBOARD | SELECT INPUT METHOD and choose Android Keyboard.

Good morning! I understand being frustrated, that's a lot of changes to see on your phone. Typically, the personal folders, bookmarks, settings, etc do not get removed. Unfortunately, with any technology there can be snags and this can happen in a very, very small number of user experiences. The user above me is correct on changing the keyboard back so you can use the previous version.

As far as the email is concerned, the best option will be to remove it from the phone and adding it back in. Here are the steps to remove the email account and here are the steps to add it back to the device.
