after the latest ota update my s3 will not turn on...what do i do now?!

hey all ive got a samsung galaxy S III and ony had this phone for two months and is my only phone to use, it bricked after the last ota update...

and im not sure how to go about getting a replacement is it covered under total equiment coverage or maunfatures waranty? ive tried everything from pulling the battery and just using the charger,using another battery from my girlfriends phone and 2 other chargers the phone simply wont turn on and no i didnt drop the phone at all ethier and will this cost me an arm and a leg again to get another phone...i hope not...i hope someone can help stear me in the right direction...or should i just goto the verizon store where i got this phone..lol thanks for your thoughts

You can either call customer service or take the device into a store to do a warranty exchange.

my girlfriend went to the store with it and they gave me a number to call and that number was disconnected?!lol

They can process the exchange in store.  I don't know why they would have done that.  If you have a working Verizon phone that you can use (hers maybe?) you can dial #611 to get customer support.

i went to another store and the rep helped me out and we called the warenty department and i will be getting my new phone tomorrow,im still kinda unsure why they didnt just swap it out in the store..

The store doesn't stock the refurbished devices send out as part of a warranty claim.
