android 6.0.1 on galaxy s6 is buggy

I recently updated my device to the new OS, which i am liking the interface on. However now when i use music streaming applications they all fail in their own unique way. Pandora says that it can't contact the streaming server, iHeart Radio will stream a song and then stop, Samsung Milk Music will start to stream but then it will hang up and stop loading the song. Also my email is taking a long time to sync up, i have re-added my accounts to no avail. Finally some applications seem to need to be started several times to actually communicate with their servers. Is this a known issue or has my phone installed the update with some sort of error. Can someone please help me with this!!? I have tried to clear the cache and again that did not help. If these issues cannot be fixed is it possible to revert my phone back to the previous OS.

Let's work to bring back the reliable device experience that you should expect! Are the concerns with streaming and emails occurring on both WiFi and mobile data? You mentioned the cache was cleared, was this done on each individual application or the full cache partition in the recovery menu? I can confirm that once software is updated we are unable to revert back however we will work to ensure you great experience going forward.

Wow thank you for the timely response, very impressive!! After posting this message I located the chat feature and have spoke with two reps now. The first pointed me to repairing my phone which didn't seem to work so I factory reset my phone and started over. This seemed to work but the issues reappeared the following day (today 4/7). Since that happened I spoke with another rep and during the chat she put in a ticket for my issue and while she was doing that I pinpointed my issue. With Android 5 I was able to use "power saving mode" and still stream music and receive email notification, turns out that if that mode is turned on in Android 6 I am unable to stream continuously and email will not sync. Turning power saver off has fixed my issues, however I am hoping an update will be released allowing me to use power saver mode and still get emails at least, since I am a tech and rely on my phone for notifying of new tickets.

I'm having the same issue with music streaming services like Pandora. I also have my phone in power saving mode and can't stream music or video without it dropping or cutting off. It doesn't make sense that you can't save battery life while streaming... I had no issues with OS 5.0 in this configuration and streaming music, but in OS 6.0... nothing but problems.

Csmpez, as one that enjoys listening to music during the day, I know the struggle this has caused. Please know that your voice is being heard and that we have sent this up to Samsung in hopes that this will be changed in a future update.
