I have a galaxy s7 so does my boyfriend his contacts, txts , and phone logs are all backed up in his cloud. When I go into setting for mine it only backs up my contacts and will not let me choose anything else.
tlwgimme, I use the cloud to back up everything. I have so many contacts, texts, and other memories backed up, I quadruple check to make sure it is all saved. I am here to help and we will get to the bottom of this. What specific cloud are you using to back up your phone? SantoC_VZW
