boe1 & sua: Your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware.

I recently was updated to firmware boe1 after which I began getting the "Your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware" error from software update assistant.

Googling this it looks like Verizon put out the boe1 update but then stopped and reverted back to bod5.

Verizon - what is the fix for those of us that took the boe1 update?

I understand your concerns regarding the latest software update and the error you are getting Chris! In review of my resources, I see that software version ending BOE1 is the current version for the Galaxy S 5. This error may be the result of a system file conflict created when the software update took place. I recommend doing a factory reset to resolve this error. Please follow the steps at this link http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-99541/ to do a factory reset. Additionally, please ensure disable Automatic Restore as per this link http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-98103/ in case the issue is associated with a third party application conflict.
