How do I change the name that people see on their caller ID
If you log in to your My Verizon account, from the menu select My Profiles & Settings » Manage Share Name ID. In that field insert what you want to show up on the Caller ID when you make a call.
what do you want them to see?
your phone will identify your phone number or you specifically if you're in their address book.
*67 before number if you want to remain anonymous.
