calls disconnect when trying to call out

I have rebooted (off/on) my S5 phone, went through all settings looking for what ever would drop calls found nothing, airplane mode if not on, why can't I make out going calls?

Talked to Verizon chat, they had me remove battery and sim, reinstall and
now it works
