My phone for several weeks can't backup the contacts. I added storage because I was originally out of storage on the cloud. I have plenty of storage and the contacts still won't back up. All other items I have chosen to back up work, just not the contacts.
It so important to gather up these contacts, M_Lumpy. It was a good thought to add memory. As that didn’t work, let’s look into resetting the app. To this I mean, go into the Play store, tap the menu button in the top left. Tap on “My apps and games” find the Cloud below Installed apps. Once found tap uninstall. After it uninstalls then reinstall.
