So I have had the galaxy s5 for 15 days. The past 7 were spent trying to figure out why my phone wasn't making or receiving phone calls. I did the trouble shoot for everything but nothing woked. (Pulling battery, resets ov every kind, Sim card replacements, network connection resetspeed etc etc etc.) So I go into the store where I got the phone at still within the 14 day warranty and they tell me to go to a corporate store. A couple days later I do and they were all ready to exchange my phone to the LG G3. All was ready to go and they then said "you didn't buy your phone here. You need to go to the store you did get it at." This is now one day after the 14 day window. So I go to the Verizon store where I did get it for them to tell me they can't do a thing, and that I should take it up with the manufacturer. Is this really the customer support verizon has to offer?
