I cant get into settings with the lollipop upgrade
Just go to play store and re download the settings if that don't work do a factory reser
I have never seen an all-inclusive Settings app for all phones downloadable as an app.
What steps have you taken to access the settings menu? Menu button, settings icon in app drawer, pull down from notification bar to get the gear icon?
