clock displays incorrect time

My clock is displaying incorrect time. I checked the time zone. Rebooted. Never had this problem before. How can I reset the clock?

Try turning off phone, pull the battery and simm card for 30 seconds, put it back together and reboot.

I manually set mine for correct time zone in settings because automatic would give me wrong time zone
