I use the Messages app instead of Verizon Message+ on my Galaxy S7. After the recent system upgrade, I no longer see my contact's pictures in the text message notification bar. Only when I open the text message. How do I bring this feature back?
Are you using Google's messages app? If so, this should work, however, you may need to be sure the contacts are saved as Google contacts. Some manufacturers don't do this as default.
