where can i view the downloaded email attachments ? went to all the usual places and they all say 'unable to open file'. also how do i transfer a file to my home page ?
Did you try the Downloads app in your app drawer?
Usually to create a shortcut to a file saved in your phone, you need to create a shortcut through a File Explorer app or a third party launcher.

wheres my app drawer ? is that the little icon that takes you to all your apps, or is there somewhere your talking about ? if so, yes. it shows up in there, but when i try to open it, it says unable to open.
The icon to all your app is the way to the app drawer. The view of all your apps is called the app drawer.
What kind of file is it? Perhaps you don't have the right app installed to open the file. Or maybe the download was corrupted?
