Anyone have an issue with email notification sounds and visual icon on status line not working?
Getting that notification is very helpful Jallis. We want to ensure this comes through for you. Let's take a closer look together. What application are you using for the email account? Are the new messages showing up in the app, just not showing the notification? Are you receiving sounds and notifications for your other apps?

It's a known problem with Samsung. We'll see if they fix it.
