i get no sound only vibrate and icon bar
Do your other notification sounds work? txt msgs, calls etc? If so then for your email notification sounds try turning the sound notification off and back on(usually a check mark you check and uncheck). If that does not work then switch notification sounds to see if helps. Depending on the email account you can also try deleting and readding the email account.
Hey there chopperjumper. I'm glad to hear that the email notification icon is working properly. We all need that extra sound to remind us to check the e-mails and I absolutely want to make sure yours is working properly, because sometimes vibrate isn't enough.

my email sound is still not working but something strange
happened....all of a sudden ,a female voice was telling me i have an
email or text..how do i keep that..it stopped.now i still have no
sound....another wierd problem,,it says i have -1 email??? what is
that..i check and there is no email but it says i have -1 email
