email sync turned off

Repeatedly having the same problem with the galaxy s4.

"email sync turned off"

Only when I go into my aol email. When I go into other email accounts it does not do it there.

I turn back on the sync. Bam - a day or 2 later, same thing. email sync turned off.

Any ideas??????

Thanks for the additional information! It doesn't look like your have the latest update. Visit http://vz.to/18AXCqX for steps on how to update your phone. Once updated reboot the phone and retest. Keep me posted.
