The fingerprint sensor either suggests covering the entire sensor or it simply does not work anymore.
is it in a case with a protective screen??

Being able to use your fingerprint sensor is always important. I'm sorry to learn that it is not working. When did this issue begin? Has there been a recent software update or a new app update before this issue began?
