About one week ago I received a refurb replacement Verizon Fascinate for my first Verizon Fascinate, which had over heating issues and missed call problems…
I was adding a new bookmark to the home page this morning when I got this message, “The process com.sec.android.app.twlauncher has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.” From that point on, the homepage was blank, and every time I tried opening one of the three remaining buttons (Messenger, Phone, Contacts, or Applications) I would get the same message. I’m stuck in a force close loop apparently. The only think my phone will allow me to do is read/respond to emails and texts and only when “new message” icon appears at the top of the drag down screen. I cannot access anything else, no apps, no settings, nothing. To make things worse; I am on a business trip and won’t be able to reach a Verizon store until next week.
PLEASE HELP!!
