both our samsung galaxy note 4s sometimes now get stuck and are unresponsive until we restart the whole phone. Also, both sometimes mute the reception on on calls, we can hear, but the other person can't hear us, but when we re-call, it is ok. On the more heavily used phone the screen seems to jitter back and forth and can only be stopped by restarting. Suggestions?
