galaxy s7 edge fails

i still have galaxy s4, got galaxy s7 edge for my wife. her new phone fails to make a phone call or a send a text message where same time my phone galaxy s4 has no problem. mostly it happens inside buildings. is galaxy s4 has better signal reception?

I'm so sorry for any issues with your signal compared to your wife's signal when indoors. Let's gather some information so we can see what's going on. When did this begin? Do the signal bars on both phones show the same, or are they different? Is this happening every time she is indoors, or just in certain areas?
