i have tried clearing the cache and turning phone off and back on but it doesnt solve the problem any help
hiflyn75 lets make sure we get Google Play up and running for you! We just need a few pieces of information to see what may be causing the trouble. What happens when you try to open Google Play? Do you receive any error messages? Do you have a 3G/4G LTE connection? Are you having trouble with connecting to the internet? Look to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you!
