want to do a hard reset but do not want to lose pictures

phone is locking up

Nobody wants to lose precious memories like photos and any other media, so I'd be happy to assist in making sure your data is safely stored before you perform the hard reset on your phone.

There are a number of ways to backup your device. If backing up to a cloud storage service is locking or freezing the device, try using a USB connection to a computer to transfer files.
