have to enter phone numbers twice to make a call

For whatever reason I have to key-in phone numbers twice in order to make a call. The first attempt does nothing. The second always successfully launches the phone call. I have reset and restarted phone a few times. No change. Is there an update ROM I need to or can install that addresses this issue?

That is interesting and not the most efficient why to place a phone call. How long has this been going on? Do you have family base on the account?
