when I use bluetooth to call I get the wrong person if I do get the right person it askes home or mobile when I say home it says goodbyr what's wrong. never had this problem with my old phone. any suggestions as to fix this problem

Oh my! I can certainly understand your frustration with the device ending calls. A properly working phone is very important, so let's get this fixed.
Are you using a hands-free bluetooth earpiece or is the bluetooth in your car? What device do you have? Try unpairing the device, then repairing the device http://bit.ly/XGq3cY .
