Anytime my phone is on and something covers the heart rate sensor led (eg. setting on counter/desk, holding phone for phone call and finger blocks any part of sensor), it glows red..Anyone else having this issue..this started after installing lollipop...many other issues with battery and wifi have seamed to resolve themselves...but the red glow is very annoying escpecially out in piblic...HELP
I'm having the exact same issue. I plan to speak with Verizon, it's seriously causing my phone to overheat and rapid battery loss.
me352, that does seem like a very odd situation to be having. I want to make sure that we get the device back on the right track. Have you been able to power off the device all the way, remove the back cover, pull the battery out for a good 10-15 seconds? Once that have been completed please re-test the device. Please keep us posted.
