I just purchased my phone last Friday. Last night, four horizontal translucent lines appeared on the screen. If i place the brightness all the way up they disappear, otherwise they are on the screen. Please advise on a fix or I will exchange it. Thanks.

This is concerning to hear, lapple. We don't want you to have issues on a new phone. Not to worry though, you have 14 days to exchange your phone for another one with our worry free guarantee. Have you taken the phone to the Verizon store you purchased it at?
