When I am on the phone and this certain person is calling it interrupts the call I am on and puts them through, is it something I did maybe on the priority settings?
cecerider, let's dig deeper into your concerns. To clarify, I understand there is one specific number that is contacting you and this is interrupting your call you are on. It's possible a setting needs to be altered in Priority Settings. Please check the below settings:
1. Put the device into 'Vibrate'
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right of the volume pop-up. Choose 'Only allow priority interruptions' and 'Indefinitely'
3. Beneath where 'Indefinitely' was chosen there is an option for 'Settings' where users can further customize their priority interruptions, but alarms are a priority by default.
4. At this point the alarm settings within the Clock/Alarms area will function as they are set and the alarm will audibly sound.
