how do i get my mobile quick app back?

I just updated my samsung galaxy s6 and now i lost my mobile data quick button.  HOW DO IT GET IT BACK?  I tried everything and nothing is working.  Please, can someone tell me?

Under Settings do you have "Notification Panel"? That's where quick buttons are on the s5. You may need to search around for it.

No. Just "sounds and notifications" and that's it.

When you pull the drop down menu down from the home screen, what happens when you hit Edit in the top right corner?

I get the quick settings but mobile data isn't on it.
