how do i log out of visual voice mail on the S5

some how my visual voice mail was shut off and now we turned it back on and it keeps telling me to log in but when i tap on the app it opens but wont refresh so i am wondering if i log out of it and then log back in it will fix it!?!?! Am i right or wrong on this?

Let's get the visual voice mail back on track. Please log in and out of the app to try and activate that service again. Also, try clearing the cache from the application manager http://vz.to/1Dw5YO3. Keep us posted.
