how to remove media on the cloud

Question

For some reason every once in a while when i take a pic it does not save it to my media card instead it placed it somewhere else in a folder. I have called tech support and they said I can remove those pics by managing m y media on the website.  This is false it just shows me what is backed up and i can not remove it.  Help!  i asked them on the phone this morning and they said they can't delete is?? so??

That's pretty strange for such an awesome device, Jessie69. When you visit your gallery on your phone, what is the name of the folder these random pictures are being saved to? Do you possibly have an application installed from your Google Play market with an alternate camera, like Instagram perhaps? On most Droids, 3rd party camera applications will create the pictures they capture into a separate folder. You do have the option of managing your media through Verizon Cloud.
