If you already have a Prepaid account with Verizon, and are looking to change it to being a Postpaid account, the process is known as a Prepaid to Postpaid Migration, and our Sales team are the ones who can help with that! They can be reached at 800-256-4646 and are open from 8am-10pm EST Mon-Sat, and from 9am-10pm EST on Sundays. *Matthew
