How do I transfer contacts from my Samsung S7 to my auto phone interface?
That may depend on your car manufacturer's bluetooth options. Connect the phone via bluetooth, then see if there is an option to upload or sync your contact list. What model car do you have?
A 2005 Lexus that tells me to upload contact list, but I can't find a
function to do that via bluetooth on the Galaxy S7.
Once the phone is paired with the car's bluetooth, and the car asks to upload the contact list, is there an OK, or something that allows you to initiate the upload from the car interface? it seems like when I initially paired my phone with my 2016 Civic, I just had to do a contact search via the car interface, and it loaded the contact list.
The 2005 is an older model car; perhaps the bluetooth software needs an update?
