Well usually Bundling services are considered to be some would say cheaper but, for your Question if you want to take off a Service if it's not tide to a contract basically month to month it can be dropped but if your Equipment you described is tide to a contract then it has to ride out the Length of it) unless you choose to terminate the contract but in doing so your will incur a E.T.F. for those services..
You might want to Look at each of the Following:

Is there a way to find out how much it would be to drop them? I'm paying every month as it is.

If your Jetpack and your Land Line is not on a Contract then you won't have to pay any Early Termination Fee and all you'll be required to pay is for the service that you used and some of that I would say could be Prorated but talking to Rep at your Local store he or she can look at your account and Determine the Fee's
Now if these services are tide to a Contract as I mentioned you'll have to pay for the Early Termination Fee and I'm not for sure what that is on the JetPack it may follow in the same line as wireless phones do.. As for the Land-line I'm not sure on that service..
To add: My Mom likes the All Distant Package for her Land-line calls it's through at&t

Call customer care 1-800-922-0204 if these are on your Verizon Wireless account. You will pay ETF if they are still on contract until 2015. Customer care can tell you how much the ETFs will be.
