i forgot my alternative password, and cant change from my fingerprint
Hello tonyv217, help is here front & center! To setup the alternative password, you will want to re-setup the fingerprint scan . Go to settings, Fingerprint, Fingerprint manager and replace the the finger print so that it asks for the alternative password upon setup. I did the same thing and was stuck with the fingerprint lock screen but then I went into settings under fingerprint and deleted my fingerprint and it made me reset my alternative password
