I was cleaning for Holidays (lots of cleaning)my fingers got dry and my galaxy did not recognize my thumb print I never created a back up because It didn't cross my brain my thumb print would change. Please Help?
Oh no! I know that getting into your phone is of the utmost importance to you and we are here to help AceM. Here’s a quick way to unlock your phone or at least change the passcode on it. With the Android Device Manager: https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager
It allows you the ability to manage your device as long as you have your Gmaill log in information. Please give this a try and let us know if any other questions.
