Have you power cycled your extender? Still having the issue?
If the Network Extender is giving those issues, a Power Cycle is one of our first recommendations to see if that clears it up. Depending how bad it is, a Factory Reset may help as well. Thanks for reaching out here, I am sorry for the issue and that is has taken so long to resolved. Have you done a factory reset on the device? This is what we would recommend at this point.

have recyled power off on
did a reset
checked all isp and router settings with help from Verizon tech support
have done everything suggested by verizon
still getting error 32
