music syncing from unknown and songs multiplying?

So, since my last phone (galaxy S3), unknown source is syncing with my phone and now older music I downloaded with my Fascinate is duplicating and triplicating and now I can have as many as 5 copies?
I called Verizon Technical support, went to level 2, t(not syncing with google music, not syncing with samsung), per Tech Verizon cannot see what is syncing or communicating with your phone to assist?
I hate calling Verizon, I asked 4 times to make sure their back up assistance plus is not active on my account and I do NOT want it, she added 1.99 (10gb) media back up assistance and now I have more dups?????!!!!!!
Can anyone help, since Verizon doesn't know, I also went to a store since web site in tech help shows galaxy s4 in 32gb,per store no we do not carry that????? I miss Verizon when they cared about their customers

I noticed that I'm having a similar situation with Google Music and am still cleaning up, but if you aren't syncing with Google Music, I don't have any ideas.

You said that "she added 1.99 (10gb) media back up assistance and now I have more dups?????!!!!!!" which makes me think your music is backing up to Backup Assistant Plus.
