my 3g sucks and now my wifi sucks-_-

My wiring Is the only thing I've come to rely on ever since my first experience right his device since my 3g is lucky enough to hit 200kbps and now my wifi has fallen to that speed too with an ironic upload speed of 3000kbps... this phone sucks-_-
