TexasDerrell, it sounds like your phone isn't a friendly face that your computer knows. Typically when your device does is not recognized by your computer, it's because additional software is needed in order to upload pictures. Your computer will prompt you with an error message to download software. If you're not getting this message, then you also have the option of sending your pictures to your personal e-mail address and uploading them.
