My phone will not power up after installing updates. What can I do?

I'm sorry you are having this issue with your device, ljoffre. Software updates are critical for your phone and let's work on this together. Mama23dogs recommended a significant step. I think Mama23dogs meant press and hold the power and volume down buttons at the same time.
