my s6 will charge but not "speak" with either of my computers via USB since marshmallow update

Any ideas on this?  Computer doesn't even "see" that my phone is plugged in.  It will charge but that's it.

With Marshmallow, the default USB mode is charging only.  Pull down the notification shade and tap where it says Connected for Charging, then change it to Transferring Media Files.
