no promotions for me

in Aug 2015 I added a new line and activation to my account I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus then I find out I paid Retail and Verizon had no deal at the Verizon store to give me. can I get some suggestions on what I should do I have been a customer since 2001
