Samsung Note 5 is not responding; it is on; left it on the charger all night; the little blue light top left has not stopped flashing but the screen will not open; calls go straight to voicemail; no notifications come through either...and it is warm to the touch.
I've held the power button for several seconds and it will not power off. Any suggestions ?
