I am getting BEYOND frustrated with Verizon. I get a DIFFERENT ANSWER EVERY TIME I CALL regarding when I can expect to get all these refunds for the Note 7 mess. I am about to cancel ALL my lines (and there are SEVERAL people on my account) and go with another carrier. Verizon had NO trouble taking my money - now I have to call repeatedly and fight to get my MONEY BACK, and get some sort of refund for all of the ridiculous run-around I keep getting from customer service.
