notification tones

regardless of what notification tones I put on my email or messages it always goes to whatever is set as the default

KWOWON69, you should always have the ringback tone of your choice. I can definitely assist you with this. Typically, if the classic tone is playing it's because of another setting that's in place. Have you checked to ensure you don't have any day of the week settings still set from before any old tones expired? You can login to the Media Store here:  http://vz.to/2ctgTkU and use the guide here:  http://vz.to/2c1goz0 to ensure no ringback tones are currently set for specific callers or days of the week that have since expired to the default classical tone.
