Went to Verizon store very nice gentleman well informed I though told me all is well with the phone. I never did the upgrade but there it was. He did the EDo4. Guess what got home called my daughter-in-law she called meback, surprise no ring. She called twice and still no ring.She then called me on the land land. So what is next. were do I go.What is suppose to be fixed is still no working. This is so upsettingI am paying this huge cell phone bill and I can not trust the phone. Waste of money. Verizon please fix my problem. I love this phone,
